Just couldn't seem to learn to swim,
Was slow and sad as any seahorse,
Lost every battle cause he was worse.

The fighting fish with the missing fin,
Looked so sad because he couldn't win.
In the lastest battle he lost the crown,
To another betta fish that was brown.

The fighting fish with the missing fin,
Fertilized some eggs with a quiet 'ding',
He died that night at the hands of a Buri,
Too bad betta fish don't live up to 30.

The fighting fish with the missing fin,
Had some betta babies that could swim,
They grew to be the toughest bunch,
In every battle they threw the strongest punch!
