The person answering my ticket basically told me there's no record of the item being removed from my inventory. BUT it's no longer in my Inventory. emotion_donotwant


I replied with 1) my GC transaction date and time (and the date/time info for the Perfect Pick ticket they do have a record of), 2) a statement that I've never traded/sold/gifted/donated/discarded the item, and most importantly 3) a copy (including all the path header information and whatnot) of the email that the original Box Team had sent me specifically stating they'd removed the ticket from my inventory.


I also followed up with a link to the original Box Ticket tracking thread, where other people had reported they never got a PM or Gaia notice but that their tickets were removed after only email communication.
