You could always save her as a favorite. That sometimes works. Often other earlier avies I saved as a fav. suddenly disappear from my collection. Still it seems to be working better now.

A little. I founnd out i am anemic/have low iron which may have been part of my issue

Are they looking for why you are? Time to research foods rich in available iron. Last time I was, I craved beef for a week, something rare for me (pun unintended but it works...). If you can get organic beef, it's fairly healthy. It can be hard to get affordably though unless you live near a Trader Joes.

One of our government's disservices is that organic food is not qualified for food stamps but the worst cheapest useless damaging junk food is. It's discriminatory in favor of big factory farms and food corporations.

Maybe you're really lucky and your state allows it. I know here, people on food stamps can't buy organic. I thought the rules were made at the Federal level, but I could be wrong about that, or it could be states have the right to modify those rules, especially if they administer the program.
