As far as I know, Shadowjack is one of those kin that do not drop in the game. Many do not, but were for sale briefly in the cash shops. The best way to get one is to earn the plat./gold from the game or sell the more valuable rig contents and just buy one on the mp, if that's the case.

Yes, you can get those in Gaia Labs Open Stage 6, but they are exceedingly rare. I haven't heard of anyone getting any in about a year.
