Yeah, filling 50 slots in your shop and keeping them filled will help you build up plat. fast.

I have 16 pages of 600 items each in my equip tab alone and that's in spite of donating to giveaway threads over 100 items daily. My shop keeps full too and over time, the min. value of what I list goes up some. Still sales are brisk, so I'm not overpricing. I just have enough to time the mp, not listing when there are more listings of an item than people buying and not listing when prices are down. There's always something else I can list in it's place.

It makes designing avies interesting and every now and then I find an item I didn't remember I had that is the perfect touch.... Also because of the confusion, I tend to use some of my older items more as I know what's in them, their name offhand so I can find those.

I hope the inspection is now over and you can get on with life. It's a hassle you don't need. I can see inspecting to make sure tenants don't harm the property or cause a health problem for neighbors, but beyond that makes no sense to me and is unfair. Requiring everything spotless and uncluttered even before you've unpacked is insane!
