We don't have a wii... we satiate our thirst for the game whenever we go to our cousin's house...
I'm great with Pit, and I can kick a** with lucario, but i don't have the endless hours like my cousin to beat him :<

SSB on a handheld? ...that sounds wrong and yet so right rofl

but I don't have a 3DS, my handheld gaming "died" when I started studying, not enough time for all the books and PC games and classes to fit in another gaming device crying

depending on your computer you could try out Dolphin and play SSBM to get some practice in
it's where I learned to love Kirby o wo

Dolphin is a GC/Wii emulator, last tried it a few years back and it was working rather well, should be better by now ^^
