Soho looked over at Nabeu and chukled. "Whats the matter are you afraid to say it?" he whispered to himself

"Why not... You cant scare me away... I have seen far worse... Especialy some demons." Max said as his exitement died.

its like i dont even know myself. now i have too choose.she thought. "i dont know what to do." she said aloud.

Arching a brow at nabeu max asked. "What do you mean?"

Nabeu was told not to talk about it but she knew that she could trust Max. she took out a blank peice of paper and wrote it down instead. what the note said was:



there is something living inside me. im told to do things that i dont feel is right. her presence is making me ill and i want her out of me. she keeps talking about an iral that an angel will leave behind. she says thats what will make me better, but i dont belive her. if she lives in side me for another year, i'll die. ruining my chances of the true happyness that lies ahead in my future.

After reading the note max took out a pencil from his bookbag and wrote something down and handed it back to nabeu. The note read:

When did this happen? I am not sure of what exactly this thing is, But it sounds like a demon, And I dont know about true happiness, But this iral sounds like it is your only chance for survival. Does it tell you what it looks like or when you might find it?

Nabeu read it and wrote more stuff on the paper. it read:

All i know is that it glows a whiteish yellowish color and is to be attached to a red rod. i have that already and when i hold it, i dont feel like my self. i usually wake up in my bed all confused and not knowing what time it is. people who talk to me get scared because i say something that makes me lonely. i dont have any friends because of whats inside me. but this thing told me that the only person that i can trust is some man from the bus. i dont really know his name.

After reading the note max shot a evil look at soho and wrote something on the note and passed it to nabeu. The note read:

Well I dont have any friends because those who get close to me usually try to kill me when they find out I have a gift. From what you say this thing isnt a good thing, And this person isnt either. I dont know what it is or how to explaine it but you have to stay away from him. And if you want we can be friends... And we can figure out what exactly happens when you touch that rod thing.

Nabeu read the note and wrote:

thank you.

she smiled.

Reading the note max wrote something and sent it back. It read:

It was nothing... But cant this thing see what you see?

Nabeu didnt move. she didnt look at the note. but instead, she looked at Max in a terrorfing way. her eys werent her normal blue, they were a light pink and a symbol appeared on her forhead. she snapped her fingures and time stopped. she stood up and spoke. " I told her not to tell you. but she did it anyway. no one is to know my exsitsence until i have the iral. for you knwoing to much, you will d............" she stopped. she snapped out of it and sat back down. time went forward again and she held her head.

"What is wrong?" Torkuda whispered as the others in the class were staring at them. "It looks like we need to go into the infermary again." Max said as he stood up taking nabeu with him out the class.

where, what? not another head ache she thought. she was still holding her head and brealthing differnely again. " what just happened?" she asked Max.
