You just explained the issue with Net Neutrality. Congrats.
If you mean me . I don't think i have . I think there are other issues that relate to N.N. aside from what i stated.
From what i understand , about the " Pay, Price , issue " . Is that people do not want N.N. to go away because it will limit them to only use the services that ISPs want them to use.
ISPs will have free reign to choose what content you can watch . They will be able to manipulate what information you receive with a PAY wall . And only those that can pay will be able to get the " information " they want .
That is a divisive political tool if i ever saw one.
Imagine that ISPs decide to restrict the bandwith of certain areas of states or cities . Because a political party has paid them to do so ? Or maybe they restrict access to websites that are critical of the ISPs or their sponsors ?
Or what about a new business that is a competitor to a sponsor (or affiliate ) of the ISPs. The ISPs will have control over the success of that business. They can either charge the new business more . Or charge patrons of that new business more to access it . Or both.
And if i remember correctly . Wasn't there a court decision that implied that MONEY is (or can be used) as a Freedom of Speech ?
And IF people can not afford to use the internet in a fair way or at all does that not limit their first amendment right ?

Or lets say the owners of an ISP decide to impose their religious beliefs on their consumers . By restricting access to birth control information ? What does that fall under ? Should there be a new right ? " Freedom to information ? " . Or is it still a First Amendment issue.
What i am saying is that N.N. touches upon Constitutional rights . And i don't think i've read/heard anyone talk about it.
And even though i am not sure at the moment , i believe there are other issues interwoven into N.N. i currently do not know about.
