You just explained the issue with Net Neutrality. Congrats.

If you mean me . I don't think i have . I think there are other issues that relate to N.N. aside from what i stated.

From what i understand , about the " Pay, Price , issue " . Is that people do not want N.N. to go away because it will limit them to only use the services that ISPs want them to use.

ISPs will have free reign to choose what content you can watch . They will be able to manipulate what information you receive with a PAY wall . And only those that can pay will be able to get the " information " they want .

That is a divisive political tool if i ever saw one.

Imagine that ISPs decide to restrict the bandwith of certain areas of states or cities . Because a political party has paid them to do so ? Or maybe they restrict access to websites that are critical of the ISPs or their sponsors ?

Or what about a new business that is a competitor to a sponsor (or affiliate ) of the ISPs. The ISPs will have control over the success of that business. They can either charge the new business more . Or charge patrons of that new business more to access it . Or both.

And if i remember correctly . Wasn't there a court decision that implied that MONEY is (or can be used) as a Freedom of Speech ?

And IF people can not afford to use the internet in a fair way or at all does that not limit their first amendment right ? https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/first_amendment

Or lets say the owners of an ISP decide to impose their religious beliefs on their consumers . By restricting access to birth control information ? What does that fall under ? Should there be a new right ? " Freedom to information ? " . Or is it still a First Amendment issue.

What i am saying is that N.N. touches upon Constitutional rights . And i don't think i've read/heard anyone talk about it.

And even though i am not sure at the moment , i believe there are other issues interwoven into N.N. i currently do not know about.

This is a fact and what read from Apollo is all opinion and unlogic. Another fact that the new Alabama Senator since this bill of passing already becoming a reality no a fantasy. Lawsuit sue on net neutrality repeal is gonna be more state then 17 since if it get 30 or more state then is a chance to win the law suit.

Guin I think we should make another topic about the lawsuit and bill so we can track this as good news and bad news as a suggestion.

I actually had a talk with someone today about Net Neutrality, and he told me no matter if it's article 1 or 2, he told me (And he explained it to me) that Net Neutrality although it kept all the equal speeds for all users and bandwidth users, but also it charged the same price for consumers and users and companies like Google who use a load of bandwidth more than any of us in our lifetimes, we end up paying the same price and share for it. He also showed me that Net Neutrality was actually a socialist plan which I never thought it would actually be until now. He also told me that Net Neutrality was rolled back since January. (Which I never knew) and he told me that under Net Neutrality that it was ran as a utility and the Government inspects utilities like water service and electricity. Us Net Neutrality users may have been played off this entire time.

As for the pay-wall, I am not too sure what that is all about. Maybe this can help?

Any questions or thoughts?

don't felt for some lies and false about net neutrality since have you seen Portuguese country. No one can't trust corporation for president like trump as a lesson since corporation only to lie and cause corruption. Now trump lost his vote cause of net neutrality and Republican support this. Right now, wait and see if lawsuit was successful.

New state has join the lawsuit and if more state joining ever day then we have a huge chance of getting back net neutrality.

Idk if this is a good news or bad news

This is why polygraph is useful when it come to lie and it helpful on the court that if a criminal are innocent and proof with polygraph that he telling truth then that why is important. Right now, were fighting back by finding the list of celebrity and some CEO who against net neutrality repeal on fake comment.
Great they are gonna start bribing to congress.
