perks of being a vegetarian, i suppose. ^^;;

so i've been slacking.
but i am about to eat some breakfast!

today i...
breakfast- 2 egg & cheese sandwiches homemade (i'm kind of addicted to these.) - approx 460 calories
lunch - 1.5 cups of homade veggie soup. - approx 270 calories
dinner - half a block of chicken ramen - 190 calories
peanut butter and jelly sammich - approx 355 calories

total for the day approx 1,275 calories
i had some baby carrots too to snack on today but i don't remember how much i had><
i'm getting better about my ramen addiction xD

i've drank 7 glasses of water today
which really kept me full
i haven't worked out today
my gym membership ended yesterday and i forgot about it ><
and by the time i remembered they were closed
they're open 24-7 but only to members
my key card wont work anymore :c

so i'm going to do some sit ups tonight before i sleep
because it's too dang cold to go out walking><
and i'm sure there is ice outside so no running
unless i want to die
which i don't
lulz. xD

i'm super duper tired today
so i'm gonna go to bed early tonight most likely
like my vision is all blurry and stuff

Food today as of 10:23 pm:
Milk 11 oz
2 eggs
Coffee + creamer
Carrots
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1.5 cup of white rice
3 imitation crab sticks
3 gummy worms
10 oz of milk + protein shake mix
Dumplings
Spring roll

= ~1,910 cal.

Might have a protein bar later. : 3

Leg day was today! I had a pretty good workout today. I haven't had a leg pump like that in MONTHS.
Some guy was hogging all the dumbbells though. WHILE HE WAS BENCHING. WHAT EVEN.

The Points System

Okay! So sorry for stretching this as long as I have! I wanted to try to develop this thing so that everyone, regardless of their goal, can participate & compete. I've decided to run the contests like so:

There will be a new contest every week. This contest consists of acquiring the most points within that 7-day period. Start days are on Sunday, & the week ends on Saturday. There will be either prizes consisting of gold or items.

There are three "big" slots--1st, 2nd, & 3rd. The prizes will be ranked, with all others getting "consolation" prizes, which will be smaller prizes of either gold or items. Each week will have a theme, with the prizes being related to that theme! 8D

Here are the points you can earn from doing a variety of activities that deal with fitness & health :

Activity in the Thread | this involves having regular posts in the thread, displaying how active you are. keep in mind that skipping a day, but posting the next day with updates on two days still only counts as one day.

5 pts. - posted 1 - 3 days during the week.
10 pts. - posted 4 - 5 days.
15 pts. - posted all 7 days.

Activity outside the Thread | working out consistently using any activity (cardio or strength) for at least 30 minutes for that day.

5 pts. - exercised 1 - 3 days during the week.
10 pts. - exercised 4 - 5 days.
15 pts. - exercised all 7 days.

Steps per Day | for those who track their steps via a pedometer or Fitbit, here's an extra boost in pointage for you !

1 pt. - walked 5000 steps or lower.
3 pts. - walked 5001 - 7000 steps.
5 pts. - walked 7001 - 9ooo steps.
10 pts. - walked 9001 + steps ! *the daily recommended is 10000*

Weight Loss | for those who are tracking the loss of weight, here's a boost in points for you~

0 pts. - maintained your weight for the week.
5 pts. - lost .5 - 1lb during the week.
10 pts. - lost more than one pound during the week ! *caution --losing more than 2 lbs per week is -not- recommended & is certainly not endorsed by yours truly*

Completing the Weekly Challenge | the weekly challenge consists of something that I'll post to challenge you through each week. complete it, & you'll get 10 pts.

Water Intake | if you drink at least eight 8-oz. glasses of water for the day, you'll receive 1 pt. for each day you complete this task. you must note this in your daily summary to get the credit.

You guys are welcome to offer any suggestions, questions, comments--what-have-yous ! This is still only a draft! Hopefully we'll be starting as soon as next week. I'll post this, once approved, on the first page of the thread for reference. I'll be tracking yew guise with an Excel sheet, which will help me keep up with your points progress through the whole week.
