Hey everyone !! c: Okay, I think I've run into a slight issue when it comes to counting totals. When going by Eastern Standard Time

(my time zone), I notice that some posts end up being shown to me on the same day. There are posts for two separate days, but

timestamped on the same day. This is of no fault of anyone's--it's just that when you post in less than a 24-hour time period, it

timestamps the same day. Eek. I ended up confused on some posts, but I think I've got everyone accounted for ! But please, check

your point totals. If anything is miscalculated, wrong, misunderstood, please tell me. Dx So sorry if there's confusion regarding that !

Also, I think I should also add points for those looking to gain weight ! c: It's only fair, isn't it? If there's agreement there, I'll add the

equivalent to the points system & it will be effective immediately ! I also have some housekeeping to do with the general posts on

the first page, including adding a sign-up form which will make it easier for those who aren't sure how to do so. ; 3;

Today has been horribly good. We visited my uncle and his family and had Red Lobster...One meal was 800 calories!!! Thank goodness it was mostly protein! We also signed up for a gym membership so I probably won't get a FitBit anymore, but a standard pedometer. Lucky us, the gym has a child care area (though it is another $15 a month). I start the gym Tuesday since tomorrow is Little Gym for the munchkin. whee

considering how long this thread has been going on, if this is the first time you've encountered it as an issue, i wouldn't think that it would be something to concern yourself with too much. perhaps, having everyone label their days towards the end of the week though, as you suggested, would help the confusion down for certain just in case though. c:

Calories: Meh, do not know. Tomorrow I'm doing a 20 day junk food cleanse. My sister has a birthday September 27 & I want to be able to enjoy the food with out worry. So! No chips, cookies, chocolate, etc for 20 days... wish me luck. Anyone wanna do it with me? I need an accountability partner. :3

It was so good. I want to buy it. But protein is basically protein, so spending so much on it isn't a good idea. I'm thinking of buying a gainer because I am having a terrible time eating all my calories on workout days. Idk yet.

9/7/14 Sunday

Food: Cereal, biscuit and sausage patty, frappe no whipped cream, apple sauce(100cal), few bites of stirfry, same stirfry made into a quasadilla xD, 2 fun sized twizzlers, a dum dum sucker... I ate junk. Was at work all day so I ate would was offered.

Steps: Spent the entire day on my feet. Entire. From 8am to 10-something pm. All I did was step. Maybe an hour off my feet in between. (didn't count xD)

Vitamin: yup

water: 34oz.

Exercise: hour zumba

Note: Since I've been at work all day, I did come straight home and sit down. It's about to be midnight and I'm gonna workout before bed so do I count that as Sunday or Monday?

This morning was a very busy one. Munchkin had a trial class for the Little Gym and I am sure I got more of a workout then she did. I chased her around a lot haha. Can you believe how expensive those classes are?! $82 a month! Plus an annual fee of $50!! They really milk parents of their money..hopefully I can get some sort of workout in today even though I have a lot of cooking to do for the week.
I also had fast food for breakfast but opted for a protein burger (lettuce instead of buns) over a regular one which took 100 calories off and a bunch of carbs. No fries! Though I wanted them hahaha.
