Other than being the first black president I really don't see how he's so great. The only thing he's done is get Bush and the republicans out of office. And Bush would've been out anyways, and after he ******** up so bad the republicans would've been out too. Not to mention the only reason he's in office is because the American people voted him in. So he's done absolutely nothing to change anything.
People are putting him on a pedestal, and while I think he's going to do a good job, he's not the god people are making him out to be.

As far as I'm concerned the man still has to earn my respect. Although that doesn't really matter since I'm not American.

I live right north of DC so I would've loved to go see it live, but the place was mobbed - I watched it on TV, but knowing the city, the cameras couldn't possibly capture the chaos right at the national mall. The streets out here were completely empty because everyone was down there. I got a friend who went and I'll have to ask him how it was.

And I got school off too so I got to sit around this site all day.

But anyway, OBAMA! He's so awesome. People at school are going to throw a fit tomorrow... in a good way.

He's not that great.
I only like him 'cause I'm a diehard democrat.
And his policies sounded a tad better than McCain's, anyway.

How does anyone know he's going to be a good president? They hope he will be, but sometimes hope doesn't amount to s**t.
