Ew no, pineapple does not go on pizza. EVER. It in fact ruins pizza. Sausage, bacon, cheese, pepperoni... those are pizza toppings. Pineapple is a fruit. One does not put fruit on the greasy, oily, cheesy goodness of pizza.

Pineapples DO belong on pizza! They make it sweet aside from salty which is DELICIOUS! You also said that fruit doesn't go on pizzas but guess what? TOMATO IS A FRUIT! And that makes up the savory tomato pizza sauce! Go pineapples!

As someone else said, I do not want my pizza tasting like dessert. Tomatoes are in every vegetable soup and stew recipe ever written. Therefore they are a vegetable and pizza agrees. Dough, sauce, cheese, and a meat with maybe another veggie like peppers. Bam. Pizza. Pineapple, that shouldn't even be eaten by itself.
