About the halfatar mistake: when in doubt, double-check the past contests museum. It doesn't mean the most recent contest will go along the same route it did in the past, but it might still be useful when you want to have some examples for some specific requirements.

Oh god I had a super straightforward idea/item that was very on theme for today's boat category. My brain, somehow(????): using thIS is "chEAtING" it's TOo oBVIOUS u goT to dO sOMething frOM scrATCH blablabla.

I ended up going for a less on-the-nose approach, and judging by what i've seen so far, I def should have just stuck with my initial idea, bc my entry is/was def weaker fit-wise. lol

Looking at my blaze entry with fresh eyes I'm also not feeling it at all... Oh well hopefully whatever I make today turns out better sweatdrop

I assure you the pun I made when submitting the title was totally in-tent-tional. I entered of course. While I may not do as well as others (I had one idea, then switched to a simpler one and now I think the first one would stand out more after I already deleted the outfit and went back to working on a different one. I don't want to go through the process of finding each item again just to change one thing.) the fact it was chosen at all makes me happy. Congratulations to the camp-ion in advance, whoever it may be.

anyway im a lil :'c that no one seemed to get what i was going for in starter pokemon colorways.... i thought doing a (blue) fire dragon in the colors of the water starter was SO clever. alas
