If you've come this far, congratulations. Level 5 was designed as one of those bottleneck points in alchemy that either bite the bullet or power through. So I have some recommendations, as always you can also use things from the next lowest level (Level 4), but if you're leveling with at level formulas, here are my suggestions.

● Lidlenovo: The Lidless Demon Armor pieces can all be acquired from your aquarium overseer with a little patience. Some of the pieces are also available from Ye Olde Trunk of Forgotten Things. It also has a relatively inexpensive crafting cost, and a high success rate.

● Mournful Dollhouse Demon: The 1bil (100 plat) craft cost is a little off putting. But the hardest bits to acquire are the Ghost Skin (50 Wing Stickers in The Treehouse) and the Mournful Skullheads (Level 1 formula). It does have a very high success rate, so if you can gather the necessary parts and pieces it's almost a guaranteed craft, and makes a nice item.

● [Animal] Horizon Scout: 100mil (10 plat) craft cost may be a bit daunting, but that's the scariest part of this formula. It requires Enchanted Water (which will get you a little bit of experience too) and 100 White Daisies in addition to the miscellaneous cache components. It has a very high chance of success too.

● [Animal] Neapolitan Pandatastic: Another 100mil (10 plat) craft cost, with very high success, the Candy Mountains will net you some experience too if you craft them yourself. The rest of the component list is oddball cache items, and gold shop sourced material.

● Floating Angel/Devil Imp Potion A-F: If you can get your hands on one of these formulae (Alchemist Case), they only require their respective Angel/Devil Imp Potions (Level 1 craft), Angel Imp's Feather or Devil Imp's Claw (both of which are level 4 and garner some experience points). They also have a modest 50k craft cost with a high chance of success.

● Moonstone: It's a component formula so it comes with the standard very low success chance. But it has a 50k (1 plat) craft cost, and uses cache only components. It's used later on in the formula for Spice.

● Plague Virus: If you made Ahuizhotl's Tail-hand at level 4, this formula uses them to produce another component. It uses cache only components and it has the standard very low chance of success of a component formula, with a 50k (1 plat) craft cost.

● Sunstone: It's a component formula so it comes with the standard very low success chance. But it has a 50k (1 plat) craft cost, and uses cache only components. It's used later on in the formula for Spice.
