I just did some more analysis of the components required. I thought I understood how the whole thing works. I really did. But Celestial Quest Sette requires only one Amphithere's Feather and only one Severed Soul! My brain is breaking!

I think they'll probably go down some more, they're pretty easy to get from the caches and they don't have the greatest items in them.
