Wow, your little post was very interesting! I have to admit Pluto is SUPER hard too do, and i can see why you advise to avoid her.

I have attempted her just now, and found that while not green, this hair seems like a good representation. i just wish the little hair tie could disappear! However i am having issues with her staff.

Not bad. I'll be updating with these from the Pluto outfit:

Lord of Event Horizon (black boots)
Adamant vault for defined eyes (will update entry)
Smooth Imperalist for Hair w/bun

I'm being careful not too oversaturate the guide, so I'm not doing every item from this outfit.

the blue upsidedown top. It layers quite nicely with angelic lace. And that will still layer with the ice champion top.

It depends on which sailor senshi you were trying for, but most of the sailors look best when using a bodice piece to create the shape of a uniform. The angelic lace or the sugar items (glacemella, biancamella, etc) offer the easiest shape that is similar. It is not the only why to do it, though. If you have any questions, please let me know. Also, you might try tektek.
