The rarer ones seem to be the ones with yellow hearts instead of red.

Hm, well someone else told me they only got 4 of him out of 8 bundles...

Which is totally possible... considering how many options we can randomly get.
Either way, I've already completed a few Mills and they were all pretty weak items.
