The Talsi's Sash was supposed to come from the LexBox. But they changed it to the Aquarium Chest since it lacked new items.

And I think it's better since there are more chances to get it there than in the RIG.

Also I'm longing for Two Magnums D:

LexBox is completely random. I bought a victory level for +300k and got bacon as my prize... I hated this RIG so bad. The only way of getting good items like Shibuya Nobody and stuff is either to sell and buy or if your luck's very good.
