There is a new event on gaia (spring2015) where you donate items for about 1 point each (some items don't grant any points at all, no point in donating them sweatdrop ) and you get an achievement for donating.

I got this achievement for donating one item:



Converting 1 item

Awarded to Gaians who used the Convert-o-Matic to convert 1 item during the Buffer Every Day event.

Titles: Green, Neat, Recalibrator, Recycler


(and so far, after donating 13 items, I notice that you don't get an item for donating 10. Maybe the next bar is at donating 25 or 50?)

bluealaris just made a post in the GCD saying items that are worth 0 points still count toward achievements. As in plural achievements, so yes, there are multiple to reach in this event.

And some items are worth more points than others; info's being gathered in the GCD, of course. The greatest amount of points from a single item that's been reported so far is 10.

Uh, I had all 21 available slots. It took 6 billion gold to get me to 27. I'm not going to pay the 25GC each for the last 4 slots. I know it's only 100GC total for the final 4 slots, but really I'm not going to bother with it. Instead I'd rather buy the 99GC rigs or birthstone scarf.
