I'm confused on where to look for the friend header. where they show up when they are in towns 2. not sure what setting to disable/enable.

Friend header?

You can disable that on General tab > My Gaia > Add a user menu to friends section

ive been having an issue with a few of my mules when i use the option to collect all the daily chance carts at the same time

the carts will disappear but i get nothing from them

when i collect the carts one by one, i dont have this problem, so i think it has something to do with gaiaupgrade, but i have no idea why it affects some accounts and not others

im using the latest version of firefox

It's a known issue. The problem actually originates with Gaia. Gaia isn't returning the rewards or a known status error. We simply make the same requests with Draw All that clicking the chance cart makes. So, it's a little perplexing to us as to why Gaia doesn't return a reward. To make it worse, it's a niche issue. It only happens with some accounts randomly. gonk

I'd like to add to panoptes' post that the Daily Chance cart also doesn't vanish after you received all rewards from GU's one-click feature. If you click again for the second time, the same window pops again showing the rewards, but this time with the "Rock-Puppy errors" at the lower half of the reward list.

Well yes. You'd get an error, because you already collected the reward(s). That's to be expected.

Removing the chance cart is lower priority. It'll be done at some point. Lol

The site is getting closer to being done. I've got some admin management tools to add and some bugs to fix, and user permissions to implement, but I think it's easily 70% done.

Once that's all done it's a matter of thoroughly testing the database changes to make sure there's no data loss. That's going to be the most taxing part gonk
