hey there! i posted ages ago about the dumpster dive button not working, and i figured out what was wrong- i'd turned 3rd party cookies off, setting them to accept from 'visit only' fixed the problem biggrin

Thanks for letting us know. You’re using Chrome? If so, I’m not really familiar with it, or why there are cookie issues because the request is made on Gaia to Gaia, there aren’t third-party cookies involved. I’ll look into it later to see if it’s better explained.

nope, using firefox (specifically, v56.0b9). i've only ever used chrome once and i hated it sweatdrop

Yeah, I don't know why cookies are blocked since they're Gaia's cookies other than the request originates from a sandboxed context (the extension), but extensions are immune to CORS restrictions.

Good to know it's fixed, though.

wonders if someone could add the coding back or alter the code so we can add cars back to our signature thru a check box either in here thru menu settings or have it added back to acct settings
guilds just show so many cars at times its not even funny. this needs to be fixed. so maybe gaia upgrade can do something to help this out?

So I just got GaiaUpgrade since parts of BetterGaia weren't working for me, and formating my posts isn't working or transferring over. How can I make it work?
I feel like such a noob for asking lol.

Formats are applied auto-magically when you submit the post.

odd - i keep getting notice of new posts in this thread, yet it looks the same the last 5 times i visited. i'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with this extension since one of those was on a pc that doesn't have the extension.

love the extension btw ... can't imagine my gaia life without it

Yeah, I’ve been getting them too. Seems that Gaia is having some issues clearing the notification queue or something

This is an issue with Gaia. Not GaiaUpgrade.

Thanks for the answer, and my goodness the site is pretty "broke" right now: Runway is down, the site had a huge slowdown yesterday, inventory bugs.... meh
