i submitted a ticket today because it's 10 days since it got disabled, so hopefully because my case of the hacked gold is so minor they can get it reversed quickly :c

I'm crossing my fingers that they're able to get it reversed quickly! :c
Tomorrow is the ten day mark since I sent my submission email for my makeover kit. Backlog or no, I don't think it should be taking quite that long to hear something back. If I don't see a response by noon tomorrow I'm going to send a PM to Yuroppa asking for an update or whether they even got my email. confused

yeah, i would ask as well. i know they've been backed up with responses because of all the verge box submissions and quartz stub submissions, but that's a little ridiculous :s

Honestly I think they should make a separate team for the verge boxes and quartz stubs.
Even if only temporarily, it would help a ton with reducing the backlog. confused

wondering about the quartz stub items, though, because i know of a few that are tagged sinful because they used one of the two colors in the ombre. also when the ombre quartz stubs start to crank out, that'll seriously bog down the guide for just a bunch of one pose hairs :s

I know that there are a lot of color scheme guides that list hair items separately. Perhaps pull hair items from the main list and make a second one (perhaps in the next post) for them and the stub hairs? o:
