I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't do any good..

That isn't a bug or glitch on BetterGaia or Gaia Online. Some people are allowed into the Heaven forum, others are not. It has been pretty much confirmed that users that have been on their best behavior can get in, while other users who have been a little naughty can't get in.
