I have/had BG 0.2.2.8, FF 3.5.3, and the TekTek toolbar 2.1, when I had those problems. It would be fine sometimes, and then randomly start flickering, and it wouldn't stop until the computer went to sleep for a while. When it was flickering, it was like it was always trying to sense the friendslist, because no matter whether I was on Gaia or not, the URL for the friendslist would appear down in the lower left hand of the browser, flickering along with the mouse.

The solution, hover on the friendlist again. If you have a lot of tabs open try them one by one until it stops flickering o3o

but it shouldn't be happening in the first place, which is the purpose of reporting glitches. Thank you for the workaround, but does it work even if I hadn't visited my friendslist to begin with? I rarely do, and sometimes it started flickering while I was on another site entirely. Gaia was open in a different tab, though. ^^

I think it does. 3nodding you just have to hover on which of the icons it's flickering on. (sometimes mine flicker because of the PMs)

I gotta say, im pretty impressed by the tiny screenshots, things like simple daily chance and a decent forum view definitely appeal to me!

Thing is i'm kinda lazy.. and can't be bothered to sign up to mozilla add-ons to use it (as it's still in the experimental thread).. I might though depending on a little thing, will it work automatically or will i get a whole new bar on my internet browser? I hate wasted space and add-on that create another bar for one button bother me =3= Also would it be possible to disable changes i didn't want?

First of all don't add spam to your messages.

Second, Gaia Add-Ons do not give you more gold.

Here's a few ways to get lots of gold::

Booty Grab: You can make 50k+ x day.
Forums: Post, post, post. Don't post spam, talk. It's nicer. Or bump in the Chatterbox.
Charities: There's lots of charities in the Charities/Quests forum, you might get lucky and receive lots of gold.

I was thinking maybe..
On top of being able to change the colour of the nav. bar, we could change the whole color scheme to posts, and different pages? Just a thought.

@ iTrickYou: I'm trying to integrate choosing colors in the beta version of BetterGaia, so it might be coming soon.

Also about the flickering cursor issue, I also have experienced this and trying to debug why it's happening.

I haven't had a issue with flickering since I updated my tektek bar.
