There's another art contest going on here. Yurropa was asked about any achievements being given out for it, and they said that's undecided right now. But doesn't hurt to participate just in case.

*sigh* I'm tired of the achievements they don't tell anyone about until after the ability to get it has passed confused Have no interest in the jump starts or what it offers, so didn't donate to it. If I knew it would come with an achievement, that would have been a lot more interesting to me to want to support it. I wonder if this is a permanent achievement for buying into a jump start.
It was their way of saying thanks for the support and reach the based goal. It was mention last month in an update post in the Jump Start Guild. I didn't really read it until now... sweatdrop

where do i get this? i need it for the devilish wings. the guides make it seem like youre supposed to get it automatically but i never got it
It's an item you craft as you follow the Devil formula route. It's the 4th formula along that route.
so im supposed to get it when i craft formula 4 right? but im already on formula 5 and never got it. should i submit a ticket for this?
Weird. You were definitely supposed to have had it crafted and put into your inventory upon finishing the 4th formula. You were supposed to get the wings and formula 5. Double check your inventory and make sure it didn't get placed somewhere strange? If you are absolutely not finding it, then send in a ticket.
Edit: I just had a sense of deja vu and did some more investigating. Sure enough I've seen this bug before and a few users have been hit with it. It's not just the Devilish quest that is effected. Definitely send a ticket in. I would advise bringing it up in Ats since all of the wing formulas have the possibility of being hit by this glitch and Ats might get you a faster response.

same here. filed a ticket #20567 over a year ago (last may 2018 ) and nothing has been resolved. jak did respond in a post i made, and later on replied to a pm i sent (jan 2019) saying it was getting close. currently, still no response or resolution since then.
