So ITEMS IN WHICH THE FIRST GEN HAS FINISHED EVOLVING means all those items won't be evolving ever again? There are no future stages?

is really just a lot of extra words for "first gen finished" after the first gen finishes, anyone with any generation can tell when theirs will completely finish (provided they know how often their item evolves)

it basically means that the first gen will no longer evolve, and the rest are still evolving

once the first generation finishes, then no, there will be no more new evolutions for that item

i'm not sure how often or when that one will be evolving...
i remember that it was one of the items that was forgotten about for a rather long period of time... so i don't know how they plan the evolution schedules for forgotten items

keep in mind that the market runs off of both supply and demand...
supply- that item was popular when it came out, and thus a lot of people bought it... (evolving items weren't as detailed when it started, so that one seemed nice)
demand- half of the fun of an EI is evolving for most people...
(this is speculation.. not facts) as an item evolves, the MP price tends to grow. about 2 weeks after it finishes, it hits it's peak. after that, it sharply declines since it won't hold any more surprises and thus demand goes down...

@_@; Yeah but stuff like Hermes Moon and Alruna's Rose are like 10 times as expensive as something like the Pantheracorax Agate. It's not really going anywhere in the market. Now I'm putting all my faith in this Gimpi thing with hopes of making profit or something.

the Hermes moon and Alruna's rose are expensive mainly because of 3 reasons(i assume)
1.Hermes moon sold for 999 gaia cash and was one of the first evolving items, Alruna's rose was 749 gaia cash (and i'm not sure about Pantheracorax Agate...)
2.Pantheracorax Agate had 7 phases, Hermes moon had 11, and Alruna's rose had 14
3.people simply liked what they became, also in early june Pantheracorax Agate was worth double what it is now in the marketplace

I think one of the reasons they drop so much in value is because of Gaia's releasing them in boxes, like the current Rumble boxes, and there end up being, really, too many of them on the market.

Look at what happened with the Green Corallus Egg and the Bag of Win 2. Sad to think you paid $2 or $3 for the item, then all of a sudden a bunch of people end up with a lot of them on hand by opening up those bags which cost them all of $1 per bag, and now the eggs sell for under 2k Gaian gold.

Personally, I don't think boxes should contain shop items which you can purchase with Gaia gold at any time, as long as you have the gold, nor do I think they should contain rare items that are purchased from the cash shop (MC's and Evolving Items to be exact). My daughter obtained a skull biker helmet from one of the Rumble Boxes, and that helmet sells for less than 100g on the MP. So basically she paid a full dollar for a piece of junk that would have cost her nothing but a bit of virtual cash had she chosen to obtain said item.

Other cash shop items...sure, why not include them. Include some rare unreleased items in the boxes as well...even new rare evolving items (that are not sold in the cash shop). Let's not devalue the evolving items released in the cash shop, however, by releasing them in the boxes, especially since they tend to cost more than the MC's do even.

I have to say I resent the fact that Gaia charges $10 of real cash for the Urn and the Fallen Wish, yet then they can turn around and release them in boxes or bags, and the market can end up overrun with those very same items for a mere $1 per box or bag.
