I got about 3/4 of the foreign characters and special poses section coded already. c:

Whoops! I apologize, I used the wrong link xD. If you search for the item in the marketplace, you'll find there's actually seven different Suspicious Fire Entinguishers. They look exactly the same, but if you look at the item comments, 6 of them say "Very suspicious...." and only one of them says "Extra suspicious...." The extra suspicious is the one you need.

Okay! I think that's smart, making a "plus recolors" link, because I bet it's a pain to always have to update when new ones come out xD
