Russell Ace made his way back to his home after getting off his shift at Gold Mountain Casino. He was exhausted and he couldn’t wait to get back home to see what his cute Shrimpie had left for him that day.
About a year ago, right after Russell had moved to Gaia and started work at Gold Mountain, a cute little red-head had inserted himself into Russell’s life.
Russell had fallen for Shrimpie not long after the red-head had barged into everything Russell did. After all, who couldn’t adore Shrimpie?
“Shrimpie, I’m home!” Russell called out, walking inside his home. He was slightly concerned when his slight lover didn’t come out to greet him.
Did Lond finally manage to win his affections? Russell irrationally thought, remembering the adoring look in his lover’s eyes when Lond first appeared on the scene.
His fears melted away when he saw his adorable Shrimpie asleep under his bed. A few days before this one, Shrimpie had started falling asleep under his bed. “Shrimpie,” Russell called, kneeling down beside his lover. “Baby, wake up,” he cajoled.
Grey, formerly red, eyes peeked open and Shrimpie smiled slightly, revealing pointed buck teeth. “Mmm, Russell,” he purred, pulling the blonde down to lay under the bed with him. “Sleep sweetie, it’s still daylight,” he cooed, his new vampire state making him sleepy during the day.
Russell smiled and he closed his eyes. Some might call it wrong for a human to love a vampire, but Shrimpie was
his. And he wouldn’t let a little thing like the undead get in the way of that.
