I joined Gaia in '07 because on my then current site (LJ), someone linked to a Gaia thread which had since been CB'ed, so I had to make an account to see it. I did so, found the thread a riot of amusement (it was a thread titled something along the lines of the worst yaoi pairings of all time, for the curious), and bookmarked Gaia to come back at a later time. Well, my bookmarks list was (and still is) pretty massive, so it wasn't until January of '08 that I saw the bookmark for Gaia in there again, while doing a cleaning. I clicked on it, struggling to remember what it was, and rediscovered Gaia all over again!

Thus, though I registered on 3/5/07, I actually consider my Gaiaversary early in January, '08. 3nodding
