What's your main way of earning gold on Gaia?

Vend and vend and vend. Stalk the MP a lot. Buy low and sell for higher. Lake Kindred stuff is a good bet most of the time. Also LQI once they first get released.

But you need a stack of gold already to build on to start all that~ I had friends here that helped me so I try to help other people too now.

I'm curious about this lake kindred thing...how much gold do people usually get in say, a day?

❝You can make about 30-40b an hour by farming Sycamortes in stage 5 of Kindred Wilds with a level 50 Sakura Pegacorn Fluff (or another pet with similar stats). If you don't have a lumberjack pet, you can farm a few RIGs in other zones instead. No idea the payout on that currently though.

It's all boring af though. If you do it, put a movie on or something so you don't keel over from the monotony.❞

I pretty much just kill Sycamortes in LK for gold nowadays, it's tedious but the payouts are nice. I bought a Cereus when that kin first came out, and I've had no regrets about that purchase; she's been so useful. And I'm able to get the occasional cash shop item with GC I earn from watching videos, so that's helpful too.

I get my gold from Lake kindred, play, earn some CI and sold them on the market. sometimes I make a lot sometimes not.. but I think it's not that bad based on the time I play... I rarely post and anyway I don't get that much gold for that. I
and I don't buy cash.. I try to get cash for free with the sponsors but when I do I use it for items i really like not to buy CI and sell them...

Lake Kindred is the best gold mine for non-cash users if they can withstand the tedious grinding, and pretty much what I do when I'm not working or spending time with my family. I care less about item hoarding because I don't think they'll be of much value when a lot of people will also have them. I'd prefer to give away excess items to those who are unfortunate and not able to play LK or buy GC because of their poor internet connection and cost, common in developing countries.

Lake Kindred sycamorte grinding, of course. I used to vend pretty successfully so I could buy myself two tree killers, now all I ever do is LK xD. Vending is still nice I guess owo

I sell most chance items I get either during the CI's peak state of once the CI is out of the shops.
With user made items in almost every rig now CIs have a play big win big ratio now.
I don't usually pull big but small chance items add up.

I'd long since given up on ever being able to make gold anymore, but Lake Kindred has been a truly pleasant surprise. Even after all of the nerfs, I can still make a sizable amount of gold with little effort, both by killing Sycamortes and by selling drops I get--RIGs and potions, mainly. If I listen to some interesting podcasts while I do it, or watch football or something, the grinding isn't so bad.

Lake Kindred + Old money mostly. and every couple months I'll spend a couple bucks to get some heavily discounted GC and I usually sit on it to buy either a really really popular item or I'll buy the gold/charm generators and sell them on MP. it keeps me at upper middle class rofl
