I'm not shy about blowing money on this site. I spend about $25 a month on this site, sometimes more. But the only time I ever do well with RIGs is if they're styled like the Love Charm or Radio Havok, where you have to pick an answer. These usually get user-made guides if you wait long enough so from then on all that matters is which character you get. Usually for those kinds of RIGs you can tell who the rare character is.

Judging from the market, it looks like the PNT-BKT character is the rare for this one. That character's single is selling for over 1m. Given that, it's probably the one that gives Niji, the Hatter recolor, and other expensive items. However, it probably also gives items worth less than 1m, so it's still a big gamble even if you get him.
