So I was just sitting here thinking about something fun the D-Party could do that you guys wouldn't have to really go full on event mode for. With November 4th the Midterm elections here in the States you guys could either A. have a D-Party group entry in the arenas for that week, B. have a D-Party Midterm Madness theme week where you either wear a much Diedrich stuff as you can possibly put on your avatars or dress up like you're on the campaign trail while holding the "I Voted" signs, or C. you do both and have a lot of fun spreading the word of the D-Party and celebrating the end of the annoying failed debates, campaign commercials, robo calls, emails, and mailers for another two years. You don't have to do it but it would be something small and fun to do during the first week in November and something for the D-Party to look forwad to besides April 1.

That's the only problem with that. You guys could just have as many of you dress up as people running for election as members of the D-Party for Halloween. It'd be a way to celebrate all things Diedrich, Halloween, the D-Party, and the midterm elections all in one go.

i think doing a guild wide dress up and mini event would be fun. It will depend on how much gold I can raise for Halloween.

I am American and I barely get what it's about.

Wikipedia says it's called midterm because it's held halfway through a presidential term. Decides some senate and congress seats and whatnot. Cause basically some terms are 2 years, president is 4, and others are 6, so some fall in between the big election.

They all wear red berets/hardhats/red in general.
It's worrying, but kind of funny at the same time, because it's the sort of political party no-one expected any less from.

If we had more everyday things in Diedrich Green it would be fun to kinda copy them and have all Party members dress in Presidential Colours.

Sometimes I wish one of the lower political parties here would step up. Then I remember how little we get done with just two.
But...but...there are so many colors! Though I would love a nice D-pin, I could wear that with a lot of things.
