This thread has now been changed into a hub for discussion about ticket items, the tickets themselves, the rules, pretty much anything to do with tickets!

DISCLAIMER BROS, THIS IS GCD; FOR DISCUSSION. NOT DRAMA dramallama
I don't want the thread locked or moved for drama. Please no Drama.

We all understand that there is currently a backlog of requests in the ticket queues and that this can be lame to deal with, however just posting "My ticket is taking forever" is not conducive for talk. Please add some discussion to your posts, maybe some ideas on better ways for gaia to deal with the backlog or acceptance of tickets? Or a good way for us to keep track of the current acceptance dates?

Excessive spam-like complaints should be limited to the CB.
Excessive spam like requests looking for collab partners should be limited to the Collaboration Station.
Complaints about what staff do in their spare time should be taken elsewhere.

We also understand the anxiety the long waits cause and the worry that your email may not have been received, however we have had confirmation from multiple staff members that rarely any emails have been lost, so please, try not to worry too much. Your email will be seen<3

Suggested discussion points:
Which is better, long wait for acceptance or long wait for mocks. Pros/cons for both?
New Tickets that could be made, or would be awesome to exist.
Ways that staff could help show where the queues are sitting at re acceptance/timeframes.
Ways to combat the inflation of tickets, and how to get the best price.
Anything at all ticket related as I'm running out of ideas for this!
Whats your preferred item style.
How do you come up with ideas for your tickets/what you want to do.

Please make sure that you are aware of all of the rules and regulations when redeeming your ticket. The artists working on your items/tickets are not responsible for making sure that you know exactly what you can get out of your ticket. If you have queries feel free to ask in this thread, the Project Custom forum or the Q & A forum.

Reminder that I've made multiple posts stating that we are actually backlogged with releasing items as well because too many have been completed at once. (O_O)b Similar to the issue we were having with too many rainbow tickets being fulfilled at once. Unless you guys just...want them all released on the same dayyy...........

Just a small heads up!

For the Project Customs side of things, orders will be accepted a little slower than usual for a bit. So if you haven't heard back yet, don't worry! You definitely will, it will just take a little extra time.

And as always, if you're concerned that your e-mail didn't reach us don't hesitate to PM me to confirm <3

Sorry to bother you with another question but I was curious, does the "no PMing Staff" rule also apply to asking if your email is waiting to be read?
Am I allowed to PM someone dealing with Project Tickets asking if my email is there in the inbox or is that a no-go?

Yes! That is one acceptable PM that you can send.
You should wait two weeks before emailing though.

You can choose which pose(s) you want to have a glow~ emotion_yatta

For the regular Rainbow Ticket, the rule regarding glows is that it has to be on the entire pose; we can't separate sections of the pose to add a glow.
For the Double Rainbow Ticket we can make those special selections on a pose for glows.

Hey guys! I just wanted to pop in because we have had quite a few questions regarding if the Diamond Ticket will be subject to the six month resting phase rule. The answer is no. User created Diamond Ticket Tiers will remain exclusive.

With these tickets you can only recolor items 6 poses or less or 3 poses or less.
You cannot take an item that is 10 poses and pick 6 poses. You have to pick an item that has only 6 poses or less.
We thought of this for that reason. c;

QUESTION!
Let's say an item I want to recolor is 7 poses because two of the poses are arm mods with different skin tones (one normal, one fantasy). Would that be acceptable to recolor under the rules, or no?

It would be acceptable! As long as the two arm mods are exactly the same other than the skin tones.

Another question!
Let's say you want to recolor a set of eyes or hair that have more than 6 poses in it. Since technically all of those poses are recolored versions of one pose just placed in one item, would something like that be accepted? Example: Tactician's Cunning Stare?

I don't see why this isn't possible! As long as they are all the same eye!

I want to just post this to be completely transparent:
Very few times do we not receive emails.
In fact, there have been less than a handful of instances that we do not receive emails.
Just wanted to clarify that this is not a common thing, and that people should probably not worry about it as much as they do. Haha. <3

Hello! Here to make a quick post~

We've received a lot of e-mails in the last week or so about wondering when their item will be released and I would like to make a public reply stating we do not have an approximate time frame for when your item will be released nor do we give an estimate of when to expect your item!

Once you receive your mocks, we finish production and then planning goes into when your item will be released! We have A LOT of user made recolors and while I understand you're all being as patient as you can be, we request you have a bit more patience.

If we replied to each and every one of the e-mails, and also looked up when your item will be released, for this we would be taking too much time from what we could be using to accept tickets.

We will not be replying to these e-mails to give updates in the future. As again, we do not give out exact time frames. You can generally expect an item within a couple months after you receive mocks, but we have so many currently accepted orders that it takes time.

Hello friends!

We have come up with some clarifications that we added into the various recolor ticket rules. We try not to overload the rules with too much information, as they are already very long, but we saw some trends with questions and submission so we're hoping adding in these lines will help save everyone some time!

Quote:

You may not recolor a gold shop (or gold shop quality) item with this ticket.
If the item you are recoloring has a hidden pose you will also get to recolor that pose. If the hidden pose has the same color placements as the original pose the color placements must carry over to the hidden pose as well.
Any Evolving Item must be recolored with a Prism Ticket. This applies to items that are poses pulled from Evolving Items previously, as well.
Please use this thread for approval for tagging other users and permission to recolor other users' items.

Another change is that the Custom Ticket Tagging thread has been renamed to Custom Ticket Tagging and Permissions. It has been adjusted so you guys can also post there for permission to recolor/use a usermade item.

The individual ticket rules in combination with the ticket FAQ threads should provide most, if not all, of the information needed for those submitting a ticket. However, if you think of a question that you don't see covered, don't hesitate to e-mail us! heart

Edit: Just to clarify! These rules listed are not new rules that we added in. They have always been in place! This is just an attempt to make it more clear~
