What is Penguin Slide?
Penguin Slide is a weekly re-release RIG that runs in both La Victoire and Cloud 9.

How does Penguin Slide Work?
Each day, in La Victoire, a specific version of Penguin Slide will come out (Rockhopper, Otter, Emperor, Crested, Little Blue). Each version has its own unique Recolor exclusive available for it, as well as other items that are shared between the RIGs.

The version of Penguin Slide, sold in Cloud 9, allows you to bypass the day rule. Each one of those you open allows you to choose one of the daily versions to play. This means anyone, wanting the Little Blue esclusive, can but the Cloud 9 release and start playing it today.

Edit: According to this post, each item list will be unique to eachother.

So we can't see the rig exclusives like in the previous weeks rig? ...I don't like that it actually makes me more tempted to play. I can see what most items are and the ones I recognize don't interest me much. But then there's that Emperor that's making my desire to buy rigs claw at me. I don't know what it is, but it looks like something for me. I should probably wait though until I know what it is. sweatdrop

I hate re-release rigs with new recolors locked behind them in general so not going to play. Just curious if anything on my wishlist might be in them.

I'm sorry but I'm not a fan of this mystery bs. If there's recolors in there I want to know what I'm paying for. I don't like the idea of "OhHhHh...what could the new item bbeeeee??" No. That makes me want to avoid it like the plague. I've never been a fan of these previews and secrets. I just wanna know what it is so I know whether to pay for it or not . _ .

As much as I want few of the exclusives, seeing a re-released RIG within a RIG turns me off. What ever happened to a bundle where you get a pack of the RIG and a direct exclusive item in it? I like that type of feature. Sure it's pricey, but better than wasting amount of money just for a chance to get the exclusive.

Thank you for making a whole thread for these things, even if I hate them horribly. I won't play them, because I don't want to play 100 copies for an exclusive recolor I only -might- get. If the recolors were bundled with the rigs, like in the recent Vacation rig, that would be fine. But Hidden Gems and Penguin Slide are exactly what we've been saying we've hated for the past year, but worse and more of the bad.

The recolors are nice, but the way to get them isn't. I rather purchase other items.

I will however stalk these lists for the rereleases, because tasty rereleases. My questlist hungers.
