No, there's two separate tickets in the RIG. There's a Wintry Date Invitation for the Louie Date, and there's the Mint Ticket which is its own separate thing. The new rules page explains it here.

What is this "private thread"?
Why can't they just make the RIG "Date with ____"? And winner gets to choose who it is?
