I assume the surgery one is a parody of the Trauma Center games, which are out for the DS and the Wii and involve "drawing" on a patient to perform "surgery". I've never actually played 'em though.

Wiki says breaking the 4th wall means that you're connecting a fictional world to the real world. I don't see how that picture shows it though... o.o

I've gotten all but the boxing one. I'm not sure if I want to take the big plunge again and get more lexboxs though, I won crappy items more than I got anything good. I did make 500k off of it though.
