Well, they're random events so they can't really be found easily.
But!
The (limited time) recipe to make one is over in the Bifrost shop. (that's where most everyone is getting them right now)

I've been running around towns diggin them up but i'm so sick and I have no patience.. I gave up. For today anyway.

I figured the flowers would shoot up. Luckily I almost have enough so I decided to trudge through Towns collecting flowers. I almost have enough stuff to make one box. But I don't know if I have the patience to make more. sweatdrop
