Meh. Sullen Lullaby is not at all appealing to me. It honestly looks like a couple of poses from items we've had in the past stitched together in one item. sweatdrop
EDIT: Apparently Lullaby is Jigglypuff. I guess props for making it a not-super-obvious gijinka, but it's still really mundane.

Sullen Lullaby has a really nice leg mod and I like the overall detail and face expresion, it's really well done but it's the same old stuff we've been getting. :/
