Maybe it's a leak??
:waits to see if any knows if it's an existing item:The eyes/face don't look like they're from Moment's item set. So all I can think of is that the hair is the feature. So, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be in the RIG (and the various colours would suggest that it's one of those multi-coloured hair items), however, nowhere to be seen (this is also a subtle suggestion to have a staff member look at it *hinthintnudgenudge*
If it is a leak, then Gaia's being so cheeky! The blonde hair is right next to the mintxlavender Mimi Neko. Sneaky, sneaky Gaia!
