I wanna say that you could have the option of having an outfit put together yourself with your user item; but I'm not too sure if that's true/when you say that.

I believe now that you can during the submissions EMail with the new format of submission and whatnot.

Who even knows if that can be fixed b/c of how old the doll ears item is.

lol doubt it.
They rarely fix things, and it wouldn't benefit them to do so since people will buy TW0
instead of one just so that the they can have the ears on there.

Hair has suppeerrr specific layering so that you can cut it which can"t be changed, and a lot of old items can break if you try to fix them because of old layering styles. So it wasn't meant to force a double purchase!
