Hello one and all, and welcome to Lab Rats! All are welcome to post and have fun, but this thread was created with the regulars of the AvA forum in mind; we've discussed regulating our off-topic chatter before and I decided this would probably be a good idea.

I'm Professor Ion. I run The Lab in the aforementioned AvA forum, a thread dedicated to weekly original arena spotlighting and critiques. To those unfamiliar with my laboratory, don't mess with any of my test tubes, they might have outlasting effects that you will not enjoy. My intern once dropped a vial on the ground and when the smoke cleared he was a very unattractive and hairy woman. It took me several weeks to reverse the effects; while most men would find the prospect of being a female somewhat appealing, they would not enjoy hairy breasts nearly as much. Think about that before you touch anything, will you?

The rules in my lab are simple and blunt. Follow them or forever lose your privileges to ever marvel at my magnificence ever again!

- Follow the ToS Gaia has put in place. This covers essentially every rule to not getting your a** kicked out of my lab faster than you can say "Ailuropoda melanoleuca."
- Don't bring your drama from the AvA forum here. That's what that rant thread is for, or if it's personal beef with someone else, their inbox. I am not a therapist, I'm a scientist.
- As with the above rule, please don't come here to discuss anything arena related. The purpose of this thread was to get some of the off-topic chatter out of the arena. In accomplishing this we'll also need to keep all arena chatter out of here so we have something to talk about there. Occasional discussions are fine, but don't make this lab your personal breeding ground for arena discussions. I don't care how well your avatar is coordinated here.
- DO NOT SOLICIT FOR GOLD OR ANYTHING ELSE IN THIS THREAD. YOUR POSTS WILL BE DELETED AND YOU WILL BE IGNORED.
