If a shop has offered art, but not made much of an attempt, if any, to actually do the art, what is it the requesters can do?
There is a thread for an artshop by 2 people, the one person who is online says the other is rarely online and that is where several request were put. It seems everyone who ordered art did so in the beginning of Dec. and has yet to get art. Hopefully no one has lost gold in the shop, but what do you do? Do I just cancel the trade...but even so, what about the people who started the shop and said they would make art but haven't? Stealing art there are consquences as stated by this thread, but what about those who start a shop and do nothing, but leave people hanging? It makes me wonder how they became a populat topic in the first place.
