So, I'm thinking about going mostly vegitarian. i say mostly, because so long as the meat didn't come from a factory farm i'm ok with it. i'm reading the books i bought on the subject back in middle school the last time i tried this, lol. wish me luck
I've begun phasing out meat out of my diet, mostly this year.
It wasn't really a conscious choice, more than just a shift in preferences and circumstances, so it wasn't particularly arduous.
I no longer have a job for one, and am a very busy student.
Two, I've just found myself preferring lighter foods in general (been having a lot of Japanese and Mediterranean food lately).
I generally feel better for it, though when I get stressed, I usually give in and have something richer, often with meat.
But I've been eating a great deal more whole grains and vegetables and have replaced meat with things like chickpeas, soy and fish.
I doubt I'm ever going to give up eating meat fullstop, I won't deny eating meat if its offered, but no harm in reducing your intake of it.
