OH ya, a fetus is real threat to humanity!!! what exactly has a fetus done to make it uninnocent? and murder is taking a life purpously...hhmmmm, choice and taking a life.....sounds like murder to me!
A fetus isn't guilty, but it isn't innocent, either. Duality of nature states that there must be guilt for there to be innocence, and a fetus has not had a chance for either.
And, if that's how you define murder, then is the death penalty murder? Is war murder? Is making eggs murder?
What makes the fetus' life more important than the life of an animal?
A fetus might grow into a human. Just like I might become President of the United States. But I'm not allowed to veto Congress. Why not? If the fetus is allowed rights for what it might be, should I not be allowed rights for what I might be?
And, yes, all human beings are BORN innocent. Once they have the capacity to be guilty, that is. But that's a moot point, as it deals with philosophies I have a sinking suspicion you don't know of.
And I never said a fetus wasn't alive. I want to know why its life is more important than that of an enemy of the state, a criminal, or an animal.
So, you can prove that humans have souls. And that animals do not also have souls?
