At the time this fetus, as you would have me call it, is first concieved, it's cells are beginning differentiation, This means it already is forming organs, skin layers and what not. I tmay not be able to think at this time, but it is indeed human, and certainly alive. O and before I forget I only answered your question because I could I was using slavery and the holocaust to show examples of wrong humans have done. O and before you go about labeling me a self rightous pro life conservative b*****d, I do view abortion as murder, But I choose to look at it perhaps for lack of a better term as a, "justifyable homicide" in cases of extreme circumstance.

Just as the mass murder of jews solved problems by making jobs available. You have a wonderful point, but the solution to a problem is not always the right one.
You're trying to compare Slavery, and the Holocaust, to abortion?

Please enlighten me to where a fetus has become equal to that of those who died during the times of those events.

Can it survive outside of the host body? No? Then I guess as human as it may seem it is still technically a parasyte. This isn't even to mention that a cow has organs and skin.

I never said it wasn't. You assume far too much. Quite entertaining.

And this applies, how?

Oh, don't worry, I'm not going to. That's just you assuming things again.
I was just going to label you as someone who assumes too much. Guess it would be accurate.

If it fit the legal term of murder, I might agree with you.
But, playing with a word, because you think it makes your point strong, only is laughable, at how you fail to utilize the word properly.

No one contested this.

In the US, Canada, and Great Britain, murder is defined as "illegal killing of one person by another with malice aforethought." Abortion fails this definition for three reasons. First, abortion is not illegal, second, there is no evidence to suggest that pregnant women feel malice towards the fetus, and third, a fetus doesn't qualify as a person.

You seem to really enjoy answering questions before we ask them of you. Assumptions and conclusions that you jump to are apt to be false.

Humans aren't a parasite, rather a omnivoric predator, unless of course you choose to be a vegitarian. A cow yes has humans and skin but it will never have a higher level of sentiance. A properly nurtured fetus, with perhaps a bit of luck, will.

As an answer to your first question saying that people, have aborted for years, in not so many words was supposed to be an effective argument earlier. My point was that just because we've done something before, doesn't make it right.

I use murder for lack of a better term. It isn't manslaughter because it is premeditated. The last time a check a premeditated manslaughter falls under murder. But as I am not I law student I cannot be sure. It is simple the word I choose to use. Just as on might refer to his friend as a "dog" does not means his friend is a dog.

Are you entierly certain that cow doesn't have the potential to have the same level of sentience as a human being?
Still, that didn't address the main point that a brought up, that a fetus cannot survive outside of the host body. Since it cannot survive without a host, a fetus can technically be classified as parasyte. Of course, if you can bring some evidance of a fetus being able to survive outside of a host body, I will withdraw my statement that a fetus is a parasyte.

What is the word to describe two beings in a symbiotic realationship?
I'm not making fun it honestly escapes me.

Mutually beneficial, but in that case the symbiot has to provide something that somehow aids the host, which a fetus does not. Symbiot suggests something in this relationship with a host body.
