Editors for books do not have scientific knowledge. They just fix grammar. Thus, looking to books for scientific information is a poor way to go.

Instead, I ask for peer reviewed sources. This means journal articles, websites written by experts and reviewed, or books that have undergone the peer review process. None of the sources hopper has provided fulfil this criteria.

Please. As long as you have the money, you can publish. Vanity publishers probably have rules about publishing porn but I doubt any would turn up their noses at a nice creationist screed. So, yes, given the resources, any idiot can publish a book.

Fact checkers don't do a very good job. Take a look at what they revealed about Behe's book, Darwin's Black Box, during the Dover trial.

They showed that the fact checkers didn't really do s**t.

So again, books =/= good sources unless peer reviewed.

The Big Bang theory says the earth formed and cooled slowly and it took a long time for it to complete its shape today so there would be meteorites found in the earth’s strata. Unfortunately that is not true. The moon is receding from the earth very slowly. If one rewinds time enough the moon is scraping the earth’s surface. The Big Bang says that the moon was part of the earth and was put into orbit when the earth was still molten. However the angle of the moon’s orbit does not match the angle of the earth’s rotation. in addition the sun is shrinking by five feet per hour. If one goes back a billion years in time, the planets in our solar system would be rapidly sucked into the sun by its emense gravitational pull.

Aww, I haven't refuted these things for like a week.
1. If the moon came from Earth Mach1 and another large thing impacting it then the angle that large thing impacted it on would affect the angle the moon orbits the Earth at.
2. Don't worry- the volume of the sun doesn't equal the mass of the sun. You could compress the sun until it was a black hole but the Earth would orbit it exactly as it does now.
And it's typical for the size of a star to vary as the outwards force from fusion doesn't always match the inwards force of gravity.

Or in other words:
37 years isn't long enough to prove that the sun shrinkage rate hasn't changed.

*37 isn't the number of years we've been able to measure the sun's diameter but I was afraid that if I used another number it might not be obvious that I was using his argument against him.

Oh well, there goes the record. I guess maybe I could stay off the internet for two weeks to break it some time...
