Fascism was a fine solution to solve the crisis? So fascism was bad because you couldn't speak your mind and do what you want but it was totally fine how it crushed any opposition and any organization that stood in its way to establish what was essentially a powerful corporate dictatorship under the authority of one crazy b*****d? Oh yes it totally solved the crisis. You know what solved it? The same thing that solved the crisis that was happening in America at the time, war. Cool how we didn't have to do the whole fascism thing huh? Apparently it takes a lot of economic activity to go from zero to being able to conquer most of Europe. The only thing fascism gave us was war, war on the behalf of embarrassed imperial elites who wanted to be the leaders of Europe instead of Britain and France.
No, Hitler gave war. Fascist Italy and Francoist Spain were perfectly content with not going to war. Also, war didn't bring Germany's economy back, if you look at economic records of the time, you'll see that the economy started climbing due to Hitler's social policies. That was quite a few years before WWII started. Also, I did say that bit about freedom, which pretty heavily implied freedom to run for office and survive. Also, is someone who sports Soviet avatar fashion really going to discuss how Nazi Germany crushed their opposition? I find the Soviet State to be far worse than Nazi Germany ever was.
Some of his social policies may have worked but only because the driving force behind the economy was militarization. Just like in America there were many different social policies that helped a lot of people out but didn't actually end the crisis until we had to build a huge war machine. It took quite a few years to build the Nazi war machine too, you think armies appear over night?
What I'm pointing out is your hypocrisy, saying fascism is a fine solution to the crisis and then saying fascism is bad because it suppresses freedom. Which to me shows your ignorance, you can't seperate the two, the fascist movements were a reaction to very powerful socialist working class movements. It's mission was to destroy their unions, their parties, their press, to deny them any right to challenge the capitalist class whom they relied on for power, etc. There is no fascist economic policy, once fascists took power in Italy for example the policy went from here to there and back three times.
Lol, fascists used socialist policies. It was a way for the middle class people, which were the majority in Germany, to gain back their wealth. They were hit the hardest by WWI, and Italy was hit in the exact same way. Spain's economy sucked because they were fighting a civil war the ENTIRE time.

I'm done with this. Read about some of Nazi Germany's economic policies, and then read why Nazi Germany is considered to be a more socialist state than capitalist one.
Then you can go do some of your own research about Mussolini's Italy, Franco's Spain, Horthy's Hungary, and Novo's Brazil.
Take care.
