I will totally sign. I earned most of my items and I'm only wearing one pack item. I only like one item of the packs anyways xp I earned alot of my stuff from back in the day where Gaia didn't have this new layout and everything. I got a few donations here and there, yeah. I remember a few days ago someone gave me this Coco Kitty Plushie and I thought how back then you'd have to earn it.. That's basiclly the only part I like about Gaia now. Since almost everyone is rich and stuff, they get gold from towns, they can donate a bit 3nodding But anyways, I will sign. xp

I'll definatly sign this. I may not have been on Gaia for years like most of the people here, but when I first came on all I had were my peasant clothes! I had to work for items I wanted, and I still do. So this is why I'm signing and why I've already changed into peasant's clothes!

its not fair i started with a older gaian and left for one year and came back and right after i started this one they start to give out free stuff like that come on its not that hard to get your set 3nodding i had my frist month in a pasent set and worked my way to a almost complete one but the newbs will just stay in those sets and not slave for a thing and that sucks 3nodding its not fair i dont even like the the newbes sets but we could change some thing like the color or even the pasent set its self to some thing nicer

I guess us being the oldbies, we're supposed to be nice to the new users or what not. Screw that. Most newbies are annoying little n00bs who whine about the expenses of clothing and items they want. I mean, giving them clothes will just discourage them from posting, and then what? Only the people who want more than clothes will post.

And why do they get outfits? They get everything! I remember when I was new and had to work to get clothes! I don't think I would have done much of anything if I just got some outift!

Well, now that my rant is over, I'm going to buy some Peasant Clothes to sport and show my support. Who knows, it might even become a fad!

She was asking for donations, and some one said, "Work for your gold yourself! Post, poll, etc..."

Well, I do remember that I was ahppy when I bought my pair of Snowbored Red Pants. And my first shirt, I think was the Black Grip shirt.

I may have bought emo glasses, but those didn't reall work out for me.

Well, now I came from where I was, and I donate, too, so I have some more expensive stuff, but I haven't been donating long. But I don't do that to cheat, it's for just the items.

I've been on gaia for exactly one month today, and I worked hard for the things I have. I'm proud of how far I've come. I first bought my shirt, out of blind fury at looking like a noob, and then made deals with people to finally purchase those blue 90's pants, which were my favorite pants of all time. Now I'm working hard to complete my dream avi.

Think of it this way, Tea.

They may get a few full sets of clothing and furniture and whatever when they start.

But pretty much every oldbie has items that most newbies will never be able to afford during their entire stay on Gaia.

And the older you are, the more likely it is that they'll never be able to afford it.

So I see no harm.
Their clothes and stuff won't amount to much.
Because when they get to wanting older donation items, there's not much they can do.

Let them have a few cheap items.

You can still tell them apart from everyone else because they'll be wearing nothing but the starter sets.
