just go to *view site information (its on the address bar. its an "i" with a circle)
find the flash and choose "always allow on site" then you will get a message to reload the page and your avatar with astra will work again without play button.

I know a topic on gaia has a way of fixing it but it interrupts youtube videos so I took whatever changes I made to the web browser off.
