It was gloomy to start and then the sunshine came a little... still had the heating on at work. Ah yes, Summer. Also I can tell you're British because you've just asked me about the weather as an ice breaker. xd

Ha true, and sound like a typical day in sunny Britain.

Was dull most of the morning here, sunny in the afternoon until wind picked up, and it pissed it down. Then it went humid, and pissed it down some more. It's fine for now, and less humid. lol

This is how we British role, ask about the weather proceed to complain about weather, then we find something else to complain about.It's a form of bonding other countries don't understand.

We also love a queue! Complain about the weather and queue for anything. I’m a trauma bonding kinda gal personally. Member when everyone was cringe and clapped for the NHS…it feels like a distant nightmare now.

I honestly had the best time staying at home during covid. I joined a D&D group online and made new online friends. I work in private health as a receptionist so my workplace didn’t need me for a few months until the guidance changed and physiotherapy and podiatry was considered essential.

As if the clapping wasn't bad enough, they had to bang the pots and pans.
Glad you had fun, I unfortunately had to drag my arse into work as was a key worker.

And my partner had to sneak to see me as we didn't live together.
Glad those days are over. lol
